When trying dog clothes on for the first time, you want to make sure you choose the right size to keep your puppy comfortable and happy! Be sure to check the actual measurements of each item, as not all dog clothing companies’ sizing standards are the same. The best way to measure your dog for clothes is from the back of their neck to the base of their tail. Once you get the length of your dog, you will be able to compare that with the length of the item itself. If your dog is a little on the rounder side, it would be best to take measurements of your dog’s neck and chest as well. Orders may be placed by phone at 954-985-8848 during regular business hours, or 24 hours a day / 7 days a week through our online shopping cart system. After adding your selections to the shopping cart, just click on the “checkout” button located at the top right-hand corner of each page to submit your order. If you need your order by a certain date, please be sure to call it in to 954-985-8848. This is the only way that we will be able to guarantee on-time delivery.

All orders ship via UPS Ground or USPS Priority mail. Please allow 3 – 7 business days for standard delivery. Keep in mind that all orders are processed in the order that they are received, so be sure to allow up to 3 – 4 business days for processing. As soon as your package ships, you will receive a tracking notification.Express shipping is available for orders placed by telephone. See below for more information.

From $50.00 to $99.99 = $6.99 shipping *excluding oversized items
From $100 to $199.99 = FREE shipping *excluding oversized items
From $200 and up = FREE shipping *excluding oversized items

Need your package by a certain date? We offer expedited shipping services, such as 3-Day, 2-Day, and Overnight shipping for all US destinations, as well as Saturday delivery for select destinations. Expedited shipping service is only available for orders placed by telephone. This ensures that the item is in stock, and that the order is received prior to our daily pick-up time. Express rates vary by package size, destination, and type of service. Please call 954-985-8848 for more information, or to place an express order by telephone.

International shipping is available to most countries, and orders should be placed through our website. The following rates apply to international orders, excluding those containing oversized items. If your shipment contains an oversized item, there may be an additional charge. In which case, you will be notified via e-mail and sent a payment request via PayPal.

From  $0.01 to  $50.00 =  $29.99 shipping *excluding oversized items

From  $50.01 to $99.99 =  $34.99 shipping *excluding oversized items

From  $100 to $199.99 =  $49.99 shipping *excluding oversized items

From  $200 and up =  $59.99 shipping *excluding oversized items

Most items are currently in stock and ship within 3 – 4 business days. If we find that any of the items you have ordered are out of stock, you will be notified via e-mail, and you can expect to receive them within 2 to 3 weeks. Because our physical boutique shares the same inventory as our online boutique, we are not able to keep an immediate up-to-date inventory of in-stock items. However, our website is updated on a weekly basis, and we try to keep everything as accurate as possible, offering only items that we physically have here in our boutique. If you need your order by a specific date, please call it in. We cannot guarantee shipping dates unless you request express shipping via telephone.

Merchandise may be returned within 14 days in unused condition for an exchange or store credit only. Shipping fees will not be reimbursed. Holiday items may be exchanged for a different size only, and must be received back by us no later than 10 days before the holiday. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any of the following items:

-Sale or clearance items
-Perishable items
-Holiday items within 10 days of holiday
-Any custom, made-to-order, or special order items
-Sanitary items such as belly bands, panties, etc.

You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment by calling 954-985-8848, except in the case of any custom or special order items. Once an order has shipped out, or a custom order has gone into production, no cancellations will be permitted.

You may use any shipping method of your choice, but please keep in mind that we cannot be held responsible for lost packages, so be sure to obtain tracking information and/or insurance for your package. A great inexpensive and convenient method is where you can print your shipping label right from home and hand the package over to your regular mail man.

If you would like to exchange your item, please complete the return form included in your package. Don’t forget to indicate how you would like to pay for your new item(s) to be shipped, as your credit card was securely processed through PayPal, and your information was not shared with us. If you do not indicate which items you would like in exchange, a store credit will automatically be issued in your name. The following shipping rates will apply to all exchanges:

Gift cards may be purchased in-store or online, and can be redeemed in-store or by phone. Our gift cards do not expire, and may be used towards any of the following: merchandise, puppies, grooming.
