Boutique Hours of Operation
Our grooming salon, boutique, and puppy showroom are open 7 days a week!
Monday - Saturday from 8am - 7pm, and Sunday from 11am - 5pm.
*Appointments are only necessary for grooming. Walk-ins may be accepted, but please call for availabliity.

How To Order
You can place your order 24 hours a day / 7 days a week through our online shopping cart system. After adding your selections to the shopping cart, click on the "checkout" button (located on the top right-hand corner of every single page) to submit your order. Currently, we are not able to accept gift cards through our online shopping cart system. To use your gift card for an online purchase, you may call in and place your order over the phone.
Sizing Information
When
trying dog clothes on for the first time, you want to make sure
you choose the right size to keep your puppy comfortable and happy! Be sure to check the
actual measurements of each item, as not all dog clothing companies' sizing standards are the same. The best way to
measure your dog for clothes is from the back of their neck to the
base of their tail. Once you get the length of your dog, you will be able to compare that with the length of the item itself. If your dog is a little on the rounder side, it would be best to take measurements of your dog's neck and chest as well. Payment Methods & Policies
All orders placed online through our shopping cart system will be processed through PayPal, which accepts all major credit cards including: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You do NOT need a PayPal account in order to place an order on our website.
Shipping Rates & Information
The total amount of your order will determine your shipping rate.
All orders ship via UPS Ground. Your package will be insured, and you will be issued a tracking number. Rush delivery is available, but must be requested over the telephone, or in the NOTES section at checkout (in which case we will contact you the following business day for additional payment).
The following rates apply to U.S.
orders only, ground shipping.
From $0.01 to $49.99 = $7.99 shipping
From
$50.00 to $99.99 = $12.99 shipping
From
$100 to $199.99 = $16.99 shipping
From
$200 and up = $19.99 shipping
For
express shipping, you must place your order over the telephone.

Backordered Items
Most items are currently in stock and ship Yes. If we find that any of the items you have ordered are out of stock, you will be notified via e-mail, and you can expect to receive them within 2 to 3 weeks.
Because our physical boutique shares the same inventory as our online boutique, we are not able to keep an immediate up-to-date inventory of in-stock items. However, our website is updated on a weekly basis, and we try to keep everything as accurate as possible, offering only items that we physically have here in our boutique.
If you need your order by a specific date, please call it in. We cannot guarantee shipping dates unless you request express shipping via telephone.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Merchandise may be returned within 14 days in unused
condition for an exchange or store credit only. Shipping fees will not be reimbursed. We are unable to accept returns on custom or personalized items
unless a workmanship defect is present. Holiday items may be exchanged for a different size only, and must be received back by us no later than 10 days before the holiday.
We are NOT able to accept any of the following items for return or exchange:
-Sale or clearance items
-Perishable items
-Holiday items within 10 days of holiday
-Any item marked "Special Order Item"
-Custom or personalized items
-Sanitary items such as belly bands, panties, etc.
If you would like to exchange your item, please complete the return form included in your package. Don't forget to indicate how you would like to pay for your new item(s) to
be shipped, as your credit card was securely processed through PayPal, and your information was never shared with us.
You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped out, no cancellations will be permitted.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates may be purchased in-store or online, and can be redeemed in-store or by phone. A gift certificate does not expire.
