To follow is a brief overview of our departments and possible positions available. Each department has its own responsibilities, however, the most important issue to each and every team member is to maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment for our puppies throughout their stay.

VET TECH ASSISTANT:
This person assists our Vet Tech Manager and Veterinarian with the daily tasks of caring for our puppies; i.e., feeding, cleaning, sanitizing, preparing puppy charts, administering medications, documenting vaccines and puppy weights, performing fecal examinations, and a variety of other important tasks.

KENNEL TECHNICIANS:
Their sole purpose is to care for our puppies. They make sure our puppies stay clean, fed and watered, play, and are safe every minute of every day. It is their responsibility to make sure that the puppy areas, kennels, bedding, toys, dishes, and anything and everything having to do with the puppies is clean and sanitized at all times.

CASHIERS:
Our cashiers greet our clients as they arrive at our boutique. They operate our registers, process financial transactions, check in boarding and grooming visitors, answer telephones, book appointments, and help to keep our boutique looking clean and beautiful at all times.

SALES ASSOCIATES:
Our Sales Associates are responsible for customer service. They greet our customers as they arrive, offer assistance with merchandise, answer questions about our puppies, and make sure that the sales floor is well-stocked and in perfect condition. They are also in constant contact with our puppies, keeping a close eye on how each is doing throughout the day.

PET BATHERS:
This is a specialized area and does require experience. If you have experience in this area and enjoy working with puppies, dogs, and cats, then this could be the ideal environment for you!

GROOMERS:
This is a specialized area and does require education and experience. Unfortunately, your exerience cannot be with your own pets or your friends' pets. You must provide references, have experience with various breeds, and have a great knowledge of this part of the business.

ON-LINE SALES:
This position requires a person who is organized and efficient in many ways. People skills are a MUST! Responsibilities include: assisting on-line customers with any questions they may have about products or sizing, ringing up on-line sales, filling orders, and shipping packages. They are also responsible for all shipping and receiving, inventory, and pricing merchandise.

INTERNET/WEBSITE TECHNICIAN:
This person is responsible for everything that has to do with www.TeaCupsPuppies.com including, but not limited to: maintaining and updating web pages, photographing all new products as they arrive, building new pages for each product, writing descriptions, creating shopping carts for each item, photographing puppies and posting them online, and creating new promos for home page. This person is also responsible for search engine optimization, and maintaining our Google AdWords campaign.
