Return Policy
This policy
applies to boutique items only - Not Puppies.
Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations
All items may be returned within 14 days in unused
condition for an exchange or store credit only. We do
not reimburse shipping fees unless there was a mistake on our part.
If you would like to exchange your item, please complete the return form included in your package, and don't forget to indicate how you would like to pay for the exchanged item to
be shipped. We are not able to accept returns on custom or personalized items
unless a workmanship defect is present. All
sale and perishable items are final. A 15% re-stocking fee will apply for any orders cancelled before ship date. Once an order has shipped out, no cancellations will be permitted, and a store credit will be issued once the package returns.

Back-Ordered
Items
Most items are currently in stock and ship within 2 business days.
If you need your order by a specific date, please call it in. We cannot guarantee shipping dates unless you request express shipping via telephone. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks delivery time for any items that are not currently in stock. If your item is out of stock, you will not be contacted unless you instruct us otherwise in the notes section at checkout. Because we use PayPal's secure shopping cart system, we are not able to keep an immediate up-to-date inventory of in-stock items we offer online. However, our website is updated on a weekly basis, and we try to keep everything as accurate as possible, offering only items that we physically have here in our boutique.

All orders ship via UPS Ground unless rush delivery is requested over
the telephone.
The following rates apply to U.S.
orders only, ground shipping.
From $0.01 to $49.99 - $7.99 shipping

$50.00 to $99.99 - $12.99 shipping
From
$100 to $199.99 - $16.99 shipping
From
$200 and up - $19.99 shipping
For
express shipping, you must place your order over the telephone.
